aqua cloud is a German product company providing a test
management tool for QA teams.


aqua cloud contacted me with these goals for content communications:

At aqua cloud, I've done research and documented an ICP
profile.


Our ideal customer was a QA Manager / Team Lead whose team
was growing and seeking for a solution to manage test
data, optimize the process, and speed up software releases.


Despite the fact that our main users were testers, the decision
makers regarding the tool purchase were Team Managers
. That's
why we decided to focus on content targeted at QA Managers.

SOLUTION

I've built a content strategy that was based on creating content for different purchasing funnel levels.

For the top of the funnel (TOFU) we provided helpful information for ICP's questions or pain points mentioning that proper test management is helpful in resolving this problem.

  • The main call to action: subscribe to our emails, download ebook.

  • Types of content: blog posts, social media posts, groups and forums posts.

For the middle of the funnel (MOFU) we gave our audience as much information as possible to make a decision + stimulated them to try aqua free trial.

  • The main call to action: Try free trial

For the bottom of the funnel (BOFU) we gave information about specific features of aqua to understand if our tool meets their challenges and needs fully.

  • SEO-optimisation of blog articles and website pages

  • Gary Vee content distribution approach (every big piece of content we transform to 10+ smaller ones)

  • Publishing in listicles (TOP ... tools for test management)

  • Creating content for PPC campaigns

  • Email marketing (including multichannel outreach)

RESULTS OF MY WORK WITH AQUA CLOUD

  • Duration: 1 year 10 months;

  • Built and implemented content and social media strategy;

  • Updated company website from 3 landing pages to 45 pages;

  • Grew organic search traffic by 30x;

  • Grew LinkedIn and Twitter communities organically;

Redwerk is a software development agency providing IT services for businesses worldwide. The company was actively growing, so it needed both customer brand and HR brand communication.

Goals for customer brand social media communication:

While working with Redwerk, I had two target audiences: potential clients and potential employees.

Potential clients had high service standards, so they were looking for agencies that could provide them with good quality, well-organized processes, and good customer support. On social media, they were looking for clear information about our services, clients, case studies, the way we organize our work, and what experts we have on board.

Potential employees were exploring what distinguishes us from other outsourcing software companies, what projects we work with, and what are our values.

SOLUTION

I created a content plan containing 70% rubrics for customer brand development and 30% rubrics for HR brand development.

We started active communication about our services, case studies, clients' reviews, employees' reviews, announcements of the new partnerships, news about the team, our culture and values, and FAQ.

It included Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, and Twitter corporate communication, personal brand growing of key managers of the team, exploring and engaging Reddit, Quora, Slack, and Facebook group communities, testing different social selling techniques, Facebook and Linkedin acquisition and remarketing campaigns.
